bigzigno
Only a few of my mods are being deployed and listed in Plugins by Vortex. The Mod Staging Folder is in the same drive as the game, Hardlink Deployment is selected, and there are no warnings. The deploying bar fills completely after listing mods, but nothing is actually deployed or active in-game.I'm already regretting swapping from NMM because of this headache. bigzigno
SkyUI is not installing properly, as well as gameplay mods like Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim and Ordinator. There's no error message, either.
HadToRegister
SkyUI is not installing properly, as well as gameplay mods like Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim and Ordinator. There's no error message, either. You need to give more information such as Where/what drive is your MOD STAGING FOLDER located?Where/what drive is your game installed? rmm200
You are in the right place!Open the Mods page and go down to SkyII_5_2_SE.On the right side, click on Open in file manager. The folder should contain SkyUI_SE.bsa and SkyUI_SE.esp. Also a fomod folder - not of interest. Now go to your game directory Data folder. Same two files should be there. Same size and date stamps.Report back with your results. bigzigno
Those two files are in the Data folder, which indicates that it should be installed. However, the mods don't appear in-game.
rmm200
Start Skyrim SE. At the load window, open the Console (~)"coc qasmoke"Now you are in a test cell, with no save data.Let MCM initialize.Do you see see the MCM menu now?Sometimes this is reluctant to show up. Try a new save and reload.Good news - Vortex installed it correctly. Also, try this. Copied without shame: Console: setStage ski_configManagerInstance
bigzigno
Trying "coc qasmoke" caused the game to freeze for a minute before going to CTD without an error message.
rmm200
There are precious few things that can do that.Make sure you are updated to the most recent game version.SKSE64 must be 2.0.16, for game version 1.5.80. How specifically did you install SKSE64?Each of your SKSE plugins must also be updated. Look in game Data/skse/plugins. Any DLLs there have to be updated.Open your game directory Data. Do you see any files there that look out of place?Open Vortex, click Purge. Now see if you can get to qasmoke. If not, use Steam to validate your game. When done, hit Deploy again.
