Console: Get item's base id from ref?

So I can get all vanilla item IDs from google but what about items from mods??

 

When I click on an item through the console I just get the ref id. Is there any way to get the item's base id? Something like a console command maybe?

To get the base ID, press ~, which will open the console. Type GBO, left click on the item and press enter. This will give you the Base ID Number.

You need a script extender for the command to work, FOSE, NVSE or SKSE depending on what game you're playing.
