Lifetime Premium - Not downloading from Premium URLs

So I've checked the help site and checked the URLs that Nexus is pushing me through and they are not the premium URLs. I purchased my lifetime premium yesterday and I am still experiencing capped download speeds at 1MB/s. I've tried logging out and logging back in, changing my password, restarting my computer, but nothing has worked.

 

Are the premium sites currently down? Even when I select a "Premium" server link on a manual download, I'm still capped at 1MB/s.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: It is now showing the premium name in the URLs, ie. la.premiumBLAHBLAH, however, I'm still capped at 1MB.

A bit of background information as well. I do live on Oahu and pay for 300Mbps from Spectrum. Right now I am hitting around 200Mbps on Ookla Speed Test. Steam downloads right now at over 40MB/s but for some reason I am getting low speeds from the La-Premium server. If it is uncapped, I'm not sure how my 300Mbps pipe is not pulling more than 1MB/s.

Have you logged out and back in with Vortex (If you use it) and your Browser?

From what I understand, if you upgrade to premium, without doing that, the site just leaves you capped

Have you tried download from other servers in the manual download pop-up?
