What mod is making new vegas crash?

I just installed vortex, and began installing mods for Fallout: New Vegas. When I try to start a new game, the intro plays, but the game then crashes. I have the following mods, in this order:

 

-NMC'S Textures NV LARGE Pack Part 1

-NMC'S Textures NV LARGE Pack Part 2

-NMC'S Textures NV LARGE Pack Part 3

-More Perks 2_4_6

-Fallout Character Overhaul 3.01

-Fallout Character Overhaul 3.0

-Populated Casinos V0_96

-NVAC - New Vegas Anti Crash

-A World of Pain

-AWOP Dead Money 2

-Wasteland Floura Overhaul ESP-less and LOD-less

-Enhanced Blood Textures

-Ghoul Retexture

-Feral Ghoul HD
-Perk Every Level

-EVE v1.18

-Electro-City v12A

-Improved Main Robots Textures

-Improved LR Robots Textures

-Improved OWB Robots Textures

-enclaveradiov2

-Nevada Skies

-New Bison Steve Version 107 MASTER FILE VERSION

-Weapon Mesh Improvement Mod

-Weapon Retexture Project - WRP

-Mission Mojave- Ultimate Edition - MMUE12

-New Vegas Restoration - NVR - NVR v10

-New Vegas Freeside Restoration - NVFR - NVFR-NVR-NVTC-Version_2 7z

-New Vegas Freeside Restoration - NVFR - NVFR-NVR-Version_2 7z

 

The mod manager is also saying that NVR is redundant, if that helps.

Hold on, I now realize that this should be posted under "New Vegas Mod Troubleshooting." I'll post this there, and wait for a mod to remove this.

Doesn't matter where you post it.

You are still going to find your problem the old fashioned way.

Disable half your mods and see if you crash.

Keep doing this until you don't crash.

Add mods back until you find the guilty one.

Terminate it.

For one, I don't see an NVR.esm in that list, but I do see three different NVR mods

 

The ones that were sauspect in causing crashed were AWOP, Electro-city

Also, you should be using YUP (Unofficial Patch), rather than Mission Mojave
