Schnellinger
Hi. I recently decided to go to the modifications world of Skyrim. But I just noticed people here talk in some sort of jargon that I just don't understand and I have to open a new tab with google every 30 seconds. So, my question is: Can anyone explain what these letters mean?UNPB, BBP, SKSE... and so on. If anyone knows them all, can you post them here? so I can copy and paste them in a new Sticky Note. Something like: SKSE = Super Kool Snake ExploderBBP = Big Bang Puff and so on. I'm getting REAL tired of this abbreviation generation. Or maybe I'm just getting old. Who knows... Pickysaurus
SKSE = Skyrim Script ExtenderUNPB = UNPretend Blessed (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37900/) BBP = Breast & Butt Physics (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54044/) Here's a topic that may help: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/695631-skyrim-modding-lingo/
JimboUK
You're not alone, the overuse of acronyms irks me no end. It's those new to modding I feel sorry for, I've seen their questions answered with a paragraph full of acronyms, a paragraph that would require a modern day Bletchley Park to decipher. Schnellinger
Good  . Keep it coming. Another question: How 'big' is the folder of the Creation Kit? I downloaded the launcher from Bethesda website but my internet comes from a data card and I don't want to sqeeze it that hard. I'm planning to download that tool to create 'vanilla' companion mods; those will not need absolutely nothing else, "Standalone", if you like. But at the same time if you're going into modding one should learn the most basic/popular acronyms.
