Strict666
Sorry if this has been asked before, I googled the error message I get and only got one hit and that was for the wrong question =/ Anyway, I just downloaded Vortex (was supposed to a long time ago but NMM still worked for me and Vortex was a very early version) and the very first time I tried downloading with the "Mod Manager Download" I got an error message....I still get it on every download actually. This is in Swedish so I'll have to try to translate it: "Can't find the proceduralstartadress (yes, it's one word for some reason) av_buffer_create in the DLL-file C:\program files\black tree gaming ltd\vortex\vortex.exe" I don't know why I get the error message in Swedish even since my Windows is set t english but I'll put it here anyway just in case there's an error in my translation and there's a Swede here that understands it =) "Det går inte att hitta procedurstartsadressen av_buffer_create i DLL - filen"
BigBizkit
Can you try reinstalling the latest version of Vortex? https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/1?tab=files What anti virus software are you using? You might need to disable your AV temporarily.
Strict666
I for sure can reinstall it eventhough I first installed it last night before I made this post =) I'm using Windows Defender only atmo cause the others I've tried have been too "intrusive" Edit: Reinstalled Vortex and I get the same error message. =/

It's always been turned off so it's not that either. Edit: I for sure don't know much about exe-files....but why does the error message say something about a dll-file inside the exe file? From Nexusmods, I always try and get files from their original page if possible.
