fo4 FPS & load order issues

Hello everyone.

I am problems with Fallout 4 (1.10.138) mods.

I ave downloaded from Nexus mods, installed with Vortex.
But when I play the game, the FPS drops down from 50+ (at beginning) to 7 FPS.
My graphics card is an nVidia Geforce 900M series.

I have, of course, searched for load orders here at Nexus and Forum, but my problem is different, because FPS drops down.

I hope to find an answer from others.

Here is my actual load order (sorted by Vortex).
With this load order I really can not play properly and the mouse slows down so that I can not "reach" points quickly (when the FPS goes down under 20 FPS). With 20 FPS it is not too slow.

This helped a little bit and the game was not way too slow.
I have sorted this load order manually after I found here answers.
But the FPS still dropped down.

For one, you have Way too many SCRAP EVERYTHING's installed.

You have SCRAP EVERYTHING ULTIMATE, which covers the main game and ALL of the DLC, and yet you have Scrap Everything for the DLC installed as well.

Scrap Everything breaks apart the Combined meshes in order to scrap, and you have every single possible version of it installed, which in turn, is what's probably killing your FPS

Do you have all the DLC? if so, then just leave Scrap Everything Ultimate Edition installed, and uninstall all the other Scrap Everythings

Also, Why do you have Settlement Keywords Installed?

You also have TWO different version of Sparky Companion Mod installed, when you're only supposed to install one or the other.

Your biggest problem seems to be that you're installing multiple version of the same mods.

I have installed Scrap Everything Ultimate Edition yesterday, the other mods 4 days ago.

You're right, this mod makes games slowing down when it is installed for DLCs too.

Vortex showed warning so I have unchecked the plugins for all DLCs.

What is wrong with Settlement Keywords? Because I am not a mod-maker, I have not much knowledge about mods.

Do I not need it? But some mods require it, if I am not wrong.

I will look why I have from the mod Sparky Companion twice. I did not notice it.

By the way, I have installed latest version of Fallout 4 Script Extender (f4se).

I don't think any of the mods you have installed require Settlement Keywords.

I know that it was useful with Homemaker at one time, but isn't needed anymore

All right, you meant it is useless, so I have uninstalled it and will try if the FPS will de/increase.

A question, what do you about the load order? Are they correct? What is correct the one by Vortex or my ??

The correct load order is done by Vortex, because it has LOOT built in.

Don't try and force the load order to be like NMM

The thing that was killing your FPS, was all of the Scrap Everything's installed most likely

All right, I will not change load order manually then. Vortex sorts the mods via LOOT? I also have installed LOOT too. Should I uninstall LOOT then (because Vortex already has it)?

After your tips I have deleted some mods and played a while. The FPS did not dropped under 10 (sometimes) but it is still too slow in some areas.

By the way, I start the game always via "f4se loader" (within Vortex or not).

I still need more help because the game gets often extremely slower, slower than a turtle!

You seriously need to start reading the description page on each mod.

You have both version of SHIRTLESS installed, one is a replacer version and the other is a non-replacer version, you're only supposed to install one, as mentioned on the Description page

This file contains both the replacer and non replacer versions, and uses the same method of selecting which version is used as in the instructions below.

You still have both version of Sparky Companion installed when you're only supposed to have one installed.

You still have every single version of SCRAP EVERYTHING installed, when you're only supposed to have SCRAP EVERYTHING - ULTIMATE installed

I'm not exactly sure why you have HudFramework installed (at least I'm not spotting any mods that require it, I could be wrong)

The list you're posting doesn't cover any of the mods that are F4SE mods (no plugin) etc

FIRST: I want to thank you for your help because you try to help me and explain what to do.

Like I said, I am not a mod-make so I make many mistakes when I install mods.

What I have done:

1) Deactivated mods (under "Plugins") with problems :

- shirtlessNR.esp

- I do not know why the mod installs always two plugins the one with shirtlessnr.esp too)

I have uninstalled/installed, tried the bethesda and normal version always same.

Vortex installs always two plugins and when I deactivate this one plugin its still in the load order list.

i do not know how i can get one plugin...

2) Uninstalled then installed (under "Mods):

- Scrap Everything

(checked Scrap Everything - Core (NO Ultimate and DLCs))

(I have now one .esp)

3) uninstalled (under "Mods"):

- Sparky Companion Mod

(I uninstalled it but somehow I must installed it again, but now uninstalled)

- HUD Framework (I could not see anything in-game of it anyway)
