Holy crap that's a powerful gun! (always loved jacobs revolvers) I'm just about heading towards lv.30 with my Zero sniper character, only got one useable gold weapon so far - a shotgun that when reloading throws an exploding heat-seeking missile clip that fires shotgun rounds while airborne!!! Who comes up with this stuff? Needless to say I love it and can't wait to get my hands on more gold weaps. Got 3 gold keys saved up for when I need a special gun later on...is there a chance to get gold weapons through this chest?

its called the Deliverance. its a very good shotgun.

It has a very low drop rate, but if you farm him for hours it will appear. you need patience though. I won't get into any other detials other then that.

as far as i know, its not that rare of a drop. roughly 3 outta 10. or 1 in 3. ive never farmed for it myself but yea. from videos and stuff ive seen, 1 in 3 or 4 seems to be the general consensus. i think Bee is harder then that (havent heard a theoretical drop rate from it) but without Bee (which has been nerfed) CC isnt anything special of a shotgun.

My but I'm having a lot of fun on the second playthrough. I'm playing a super-glass cannon sniper, which means that while I can kill most anything with one shot, being hit once by anything means instant death. It makes a very fun change in playstyle. I have to empty out enemies from miles away where I can simply step to the side to dodge their slow bullets. I'm loving how much more accurate rifles are in this game compared to the last. In Borderlands I couldn't use anything with an accuracy of less than 97 for the precision I needed (Hello, Atlas Cyclops!), but this game doesn't seem to have spread on rifles when scoped in.

One downside: I cannot kill animals. I was having a devil of a time getting through the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve, especially on the boss. Eventually I closed the game out and when I came back (Spawning at the beginning of the zone), I saw that I could actually shoot the boss from the entrance to the entire Preserve. Made short work of that one.

Annoying thing: I wish Zer0's special ability were more useful for playstyles that aren't ninja-based. It's basically just Lilith's Phasewalk but you're not invincible, so typically my double hops directly in front of me and I die anyways. Still, I can't think of a special ability that would benefit sniping aside from being able to stop time, so I guess it's okay.

its funny, there is a tooltip about Zer0s special that says something like "in danger? use his special. they cant hit what they cant see" except thats not true. AoE attacks still damage you, and if you use it as a panic, youll still die 9 times out of 10 and his regen (which is in a separate tree from his sniper) is ok but not too much. however, his special is really good against bosses. it adds soo much extra damage....i love the sniper version of him (coming off a Main Mordecai in BL1) but the melee version of him is some extreme fun. and can do some extreme damage as well, esp with a crit hit, though its harder to melee crit hit, esp without having those little red circles that give the crit spots away in his first tree.

I found a Sweet Etech fire Hyperion smg today, on top of eridium blight volcano Kind of useless against Pyro pete, sense hes immune to fire. So need a corrosive Etech smg. Edited by Thor.

To counter how useless Zer0's action is as a sniper, and the fact that as I approach level 50 sniping isn't nearly so powerful, I cheated a little and added the skills from Zer0's Bloodshed tree to the character while still keeping the sniping skills. Now that is fun. I can take down a few foes from afar and while they're regrouping I just swoop in and mop up the rest.

Personally this game is more fun if I just make weapons with gibbed editor and run around and blow stuff up.

I recently started as Zero, but used gibbed editor to start in TVHM at level 50 with mobs scaled up to level 50 at the start. Going full sniper is actually sorta tough vs large groups of mobs its really not that great. Grenades help a ton in those sticky situations.

needs 4 plays (or rather 2 players with 2 toons each)

seems really boring, but would be the easiest fastest way to get all the Orange Torgue weapons

ive just been grinding the Repeatable Bar Fight Lv3 on Normal Mode. goes by pretty fast and you get 20 Tokens each time plus like 2-5+ from enemy drops. but still to get to the 613 for a Legendary is taking a while, plus the fact there are what 5 or 6 Legendaries available? ugh

I farm the bar brawl quest, then get enough for the slot machines, you earn tokens way faster that way. Especially if you use a second controller to farm it even further.

i can get enough under 30m that way.

best pistol in the Torgue dlc is the Unkempt Harold, with a siren it can be OP.
