Started a new game now with less mods. Crashes within 30 seconds after game loads

My apologies in advance as to the length of this post. I just wanted to be thorough.

 

I finished a previous run on Skyrim, Special Edition and decided to add some new lands, quests and also test out some new armor mods and combat mods that I had not tried before. I created a new profile on Vortex and downloaded the new mods I wanted to try out. I uninstalled the game and I deleted the directory. Shut down the computer, stared it up again and downloaded Skyrim SE. I installed LOOT, SSEedit and followed all directions (this is my fourth try at a new game and this is the only time I am having CTD issues in less than a minute after loading. When I started the game I created my character. No problem. I then noticed a blue box in front of me and a silhouette of a red man sitting on a chair. I figured out after some research that it was an issue regarding missing messes etc. Followed directions from a post a few years ago, deleted all Skyrim.ini files, turned off the computer, did an integrity test for the program and Steam found 4 missing/corrupted files which where repaired. Loaded all my mods and started up the game. No blue boxes or red people sitting on a chair. I created my character and decided how I wanted to; start the game (Live another life mod). I got to the spot and within seconds, CTD. I double checked load order, Loot, SSEedit etc. , no conflicts, no warnings. I figured I was good to go. Started up the game again, same thing, CTD. I am at a loss right now.

I have played a full game with most of these mods before without an issue.

 

I have an ENB installed and am using Re-Engaged for Vivid.

 

My rig:

 

GS65 Stealth 9SE

GeForce RTX 2060

 

My settings are set to ultra. The PC is being cooled and I have no heat issues whatsoever.

 

I am hoping that by posting this, someone can at least point out the error of my ways. A response would be appreciated as I am frustrated that I am dealing more with modding issues than actual game play!!

Hi, I'm not sure, are there Immersive Armors on your load order? If so, that would be conflicts with Rigmor.esp.
Disable Rigmor.esp, start with new game, wait until Immersive Armors startup process (you'll see notification message), make a new save and exit the game, then enable Rigmor.esp and start the game, load the save game just before made.

EDIT: And one thing. Activate the Rigmor of Cyrodiil plugins after the Rigmor of Bruma quest is over. Otherwise, RoB and RoC quests will begin at the same time! For those who want to skip RoB and play from RoC, we have not made any prerequisites for RoC quests. Thank you for your understanding.
