Vortex Shows Mods for all Games Instead of for Selected Game

The download folder for is "{USERDATA}\downloads", which ends up being "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads".

 

That download path is the same for all three of the games. So it would appear that I need to change the download path so that they each have their own folder? I'm guessing that I should also change the mod staging path to match what you have above? Is it safe to just change it, or do I need to backup anything beforehand?

Download folder should be like this (Vortex usually sets it up properly itself)

 

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\skyrimse

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\fallout4

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\witcher3

 

It's always good to backup 'just in case', you should be able to PURGE your mods, then fix the mod staging folder properly through Vortex and redeploy
