Re-Install Skyrim SSE

So my game has been running poorly and i wanted to get it back to vanilla without getting rid of all my mods on vortex. Initially I tried to re-install ALL of my mods and enable them individually to see which ones cause my severe game lag and now FNIS wont load new animations, SKSE64 wont detect skyrim. My game works kinda like mods that add new animations actually kinda work however they are very glitchy and i can tell basically my game is f*#@ed. Basically how to i start from square one without actually loosing all of mods and if not how do i start from square one and insure this does not happen again. Im using vortex because MO2 is very complicated for me and iv also got it downloaded and tried using it but it was even more complicated and didn't work on launch.

PURGE your mods

Enable/Deploy them one at a time

Install SKSE64 correctly

[ Installation ]

1. Copy the .dll and .exe files to your Skyrim SE directory. This is usually in your Program Files folder under Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\. If you see files named SkyrimSE and SkyrimSELauncher, this is the correct folder. Do not copy these files to the Data folder as with a normal mod. The "src" folder is only useful for programmers, most users can ignore it.

2. Copy the .pex files in Data\Scripts\ into the Data\Scripts\ folder of your installation. The .pex files are needed by all users of SKSE.

FNIS needs to be installed like this (the drive and starting path may vary)

D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISForUsers.exe

The Dshboard FNIS tool needs this

TARGET - D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISForUsers.exe

START IN - D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\

You need to run FNIS to install the animations
