Exceptionally slow launching of Skyrim or SKSE through Vortex Dashboard

Somehow when launching Skyrim or SKSE through Vortex, there is an exceptionally long delay now before the program starts. Even vanilla Skyrim launched through Steam comes up in a second or two, with vortex almost 1-2m of the circle spinning.

 

I checked Vortex logs and all it shows is really generic "Starting processes, stopping processes".

 

Cpu usage is at around 26% for vortex and all it's processes.

 

I am a bit stumped as this started only around 2-3 weeks ago and was running ok otherwise.

Do you have a LOT of savegames now?

Not that many imo, only around 30.
