KGlink
Hello.Since I changed my mod loader (NMM to Vortex) my Skyrim Special Edition's visuals have become worst, has you can see here => https://ibb.co/k6pPSTV (The one up, is the better before, and the other down is the worst now)I don't know why this is happening, I've checked all of my mods to see if one of them was the problem since I did some update of them when passing to Vortex but I don't think it's because of that.I've also uninstall and reinstall ENB and Reshade but even without them, the visual are crap.If anyone have a clue on what this is all about, I'll be glad to ear it because since I don't play Skyrim anymore, finding it to ugly to play :/Thanks a lot for reading and helping. AugustaCalidia
Since Vortex doesn't need to be running in the background, exit Vortex and launch your game. Any difference?

rmm200
Let me also just add, importing mods from NMM is problematic. Check your game directory and Data. You should find no numeric folder names or other things NMM may have left behind. Blunt force approach if you get stuck: 1) Purge from Vortex. All your Vortex installed mods will still show as Enabled.2) Clean your game directory. Delete everything not installed by Bethesda. Includes, Scripts, Meshes, and Textures directories.3) Validate your game with Steam.4) Verify your games runs (new game as test)5) Install SKSE, ENB, and anything else that has to be installed outside of Vortex.7) Start Vortex and Deploy. Now your old saves should be usable. Before doing any of this though, follow Augusta's pointers. She knows her stuff. And Latin.
Pickysaurus
That is a difficult comparison as your screenshots are of two different locations with different lighting conditions.
KGlink
Sorry for the long answer I was occupied ^^Augusta Calidia : I've tried but it doesn't change a thing :/ rmm200 : Ok I will try this in the order you give me because I've made some of the steps you described but without success (like steam validation, ENB/SKSE install+resinstallation), so will see ^^Thanks for the answer thoughPickysaurus : I know but that's the only one I could found atm, but be sure than in game the colors are "blurry" and flat, not as you can see in the upper screenshot

Have you tried to launch your game with all mods disabled? What happens then?
