I guess I better not perpetuate that myth, and wonder where it came from by those that told me. Which was mostly about the music industry.Looking it up , it seems there is only a mention of a 10-20% myth ... so maybe was just thinking 30% was safe ??? Anyways it is a bit more complex. And has to do with what might be considered the most valuable part , then if the changed part infringes upon the marketability of the original work. Sorry for the over simplification . JimboUK Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Bethesda don't allow porting between their titles, if it's an asset from any other Bethesda game and it's not in the New Vegas BSA's then you can't distribute it with a New Vegas mod no matter how much you edit it.
