Launching SkyrimSE.exe failed (740). Please try running SKSE64_loader as an administrator

That's the message I get when I try to launch SSE through Vortex.

I've had a rough couple of day with something going on with my computer and it seems to have really caused Skyrim/Vortex issues. Long story short, I've got most of it up but now I have this issue coming up. I wasn't able to even get Skyrim open for a while because it said that SkyrimSE.exe couldn't be found.

 

Has anyone run into this issue and how to I fix it?

 

Please keep in mind, I'm computer slow right now just due to having to fix other issues so please be patient with me :)

Right click on the SKSE64_loader.exe, click PROPERTIES, click the COMPATIBILITY tab, check the box that says RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
