CanisRex84
I cant seem to "see" where I could use them. Probably will change though as I get more ideas.. Not committed to them being used for Imperial Knights, but then they are too fancy for anyone other than the Imperials.. There's plenty of other military forces that might use something that fancy, maybe the Knights of the Rose from Wayrest, High Rock? The lore states that Wayrest is one of the wealthiest cities in High Rock. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Wayrest,_Jewel_Of_The_Bayhttp://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Knights_of_the_Rose Do they feature in Skyrim? I havent played past the 2nd Greybeard mission, as I was taking my baby steps in modding when Skyrim was released.. I stopped trying to mod and stopped playing Skyrim as I could not mod it, at the time. Since the Nightasy tutorials I have learned so much and am now able to work towards my goals with Credo. So please no spoilers (I have already spoiled a few things for my self by looking through the CK :armscrossed:) But suggestions like this are very useful.. so thanks
LieutenantHawk
This mod sounds like it's going to be utterly fantastic. I love the armors already posted and I can't wait to see what else you can come up with! My only request, for the sake of thoroughness, is that you include Argonian and Khajiit versions of the helms. It doesn't matter so much what they look like as long as they fit the theme and the beasts' heads. I for one would really appreciate it, and I'm sure many others who play Arggy/Kitty characters would too! Here's a handful of refs from the wonderful artist Graham Turner. You might find them useful.http://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_barnet.jpghttp://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_towton_rout.JPGhttp://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_orig_castillon.jpghttp://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_orig_14c_f.jpghttp://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_orig_teutonic_d.jpghttp://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_orig_teutonic_h.jpghttp://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_orig_teutonic_f.jpghttp://www.studio88.co.uk/acatalog/large_gic_g_barnet.jpg
somevagrant
This mod looks to have enormous potential. However, might I suggest you make the final product modular? Perhaps a person wouldn't want one faction to look one way, or perhaps they just want one specific faction to use your mod. I understand the goal of this mod is to overhaul all the armors, but it would be really neat and really accessible if you made it modular as a means to allow others to customize at their whims. Or, better yet, even add an option that integrates the armors into the leveled lists of the game, too? I'm coming from the angle of total flexibility of the mod, so it doesn't become one of those overbearing mods that isn't compatible/isn't oft used because it lacks such flexibility in terms of personal customization for the user. Great idea tho, I really like how things are looking so far and look forward to trying this mod out even if you dont make it all too modular. I would like to add that Bretons are (or they atleast they appear to be) loosely based off of Northern Europeans. Some people in this thread have been discussing it. http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/822631-bretons-are-celtic/ I think your Northman armor would fit Bretons more sufficiently rather than Hussar styled armor. Some of other armor types, such as Elven, Glass, and Ebony aren't native to Skyrim. So Hussar style armor might work for those armor types because that style is not native to Western Europe. I hope that made sense. Edited November 5, 2012 by Patrick2me

Loki180
Those armors look great! I love the empire armor. Ulfric's armor look very good. Worth siding with the Empire just to kill him for that armor haha. I use the mod that makes the Empire into Roman Empire Soldiers it cool. But Not very lore friendly haha
