Disabling A Mod Does Not Actually Disable A Mod

I am noticing mods that place files in places like the mesh folder or what have you but are not actual plugins then when you disable on vortex, vortex does absolutely nothing because it doesn't remove the files from those folders so certain mods will be enabled still. OK so my question is why can't Vortex see this situation and notify the user a manual uninstall is necessary to remove the mod? Why does it just make the green button turn grey and say nothing??? If you really want to suggest to a user that they can be disabled then quarantine those files somewhere vortex manages OR tell the user! Don't just let the green enabled button go grey. I am pressing keys and stuff vortex had thrown into my scripts folder is still being executed... please fix this or make the app more intuitive for the end user.

Further to rmm200's comment, I would recommend that you turn on auto-deploy in Vortex settings, if you have not already done so.
