LHammonds
I noticed this problem just before going to lunch and I still see it now. I suppose the Fallout3 Texas server that is hosting the site is down or there is a problem with the redirector service. I click on any link in a cached Fallout3 page (such as Updates Today or just Files) and get the following error message: Not FoundThe requested URL /redirect.htmldownloads/ was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.Apache/1.3.41 Server at www.tesnexus.com Port 80 I was adding a bunch of tutorial articles just before this happened. I hope I didn't overload the server with too much info. hehehe. LHammonds
Dark0ne
Yeah there's been issues all day with the servers using up massive amounts of bandwidth (70mbit/sec) due to the remote usage of the MySQL database. If I hadn't done something quickly I'd have had a bill for about $4000 at the end of the month. At the moment I've moved FO3Nexus over to the same server as TESNexus and the forums and I'll try and keep my eye on it. Once I get back on Monday I will be able to assess it further, so there will probably be issues until then, but there's not much I can do on this laptop! LHammonds
I popped out 5 articles before it went down. There do not appear to be there any longer. Will they eventually show up, do I need to re-create them or should I just hold off until next week? Thanks,LHammonds
Dark0ne
The articles must have been put up after the site was transferred over and before I put the redirect up. I can transfer them over when I get back Monday, otherwise if you have a copies you can quickly stick up then that will be the best bet. Glad to see the server is still holding up :) :)
LHammonds
Don't worry about it. I can recreate them easily enough. They were "ports" of some generic articles on TESNexus. LHammonds
Dark0ne
I believe the article comment pages will still be there though. Is there a chance you can remove them from the FO3 forums? Thanks and sorry I can't help more. Sat on the girlfriend's sofa with the laptop out sneaking in some checks while she's dealing with the washing! LHammonds
ha! You're right. They are still there in the article forum. I'll make copies of them and delete them before adding them back. LHammonds
