I need help finding the directory for "Light" plugins

(Skyrim Special Edition) [This is not a "Skyrim Together" issue, please read the whole explanation]

On my Vortex launcher I see in my "Plugins" Tab - 143 active and 14 light mods
In my "Games" Tab - 138 active mods.

my friend and I have been one by one installing the same exact mods, versions, and everything (and uninstalled a few here and there).

On his Vortex launcher he sees in "Plugins" Tab - 143 active and 13 light mods
In "Games" Tab - 138 active mods

[He is missing a light mod, or something may not of uninstalled correctly for me]

Now we have read the lists to each other over Discord several times now and cant find what the difference is, our lists line up exactly the same.
Is there a directory/folder we could check out to see what our difference is? Skyrim Together was working fine until this difference appeared last night after installing a few extra mods. Now he crashes a bit randomly (probably due to the light script) but only while he is in the server and its only him that crashes.

I'm really thinking this light mod difference is the cause of his crashes and basically I just need help finding the small list of 13-14 Light Mods that we have installed on Vortex right now so we can see what that difference is because like I said, we have read our own "Mods" and "Plugins" tab out loud to each other several times to ensure we weren't somehow missing a mod and we cant find a difference but clearly I'm running a light mod he doesn't have, so something might not of uninstalled properly for me because both our games work fine outside of Skyrim Together, but when we are in the server together he crashes randomly. And I believe if I'm loading something he isn't then he is bound to crash.

[This isn't a Skyrim Together issue, i just need help finding the Light Mods directory]

"Light MOds" go in the same directory as the other mods.

Make it easy on yourself and you friend by going to the PLUGINS tab, and selecting "LIGHT" from the FLAGS column, that way you'll both have a Filtered list showing only LIGHT plugins

You are a godsend my friend, thank you haha, easiest and simplest solution possible but we were overthinking it lmfao.
