Constant crash to desktops in goodneighbor

The game either crashes to desktop right as it loads or after a few seconds
I just completed the Dangerous Minds quest if thats relevant. it took me several tries just to get into the memory den

 

One of the buildings also appears to be entirely hollow

the odd part here seems to be that something is trying to load a file that dosnt exist as i dont have steam installed on my C drive

EDIT: ive installed the Settlement Keywords mod as suggested by another thread i found while googling and while that somehow seemed to fix the hollow buildings its still crashing

Well i believe i may have solved this somehow

 

and for any future people finding this thread while googling trying to figure this out i'll actally say how i did instead of this happening to you

 

anyway uninstalling this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41758 somehow managed to fix it. the buildings are back to being hollow but i can deal with some culling issues

 

i dont even know if there are any ham radios there but it just works

For me, the Winchester P94 was causing the crash. Disabling it solves the CTDs.

 

As I'm typing this, Fallout 4 is running in the background with my character chilling in Goodneighbor. So, I'd say it's fixed.
