Constant Redirect From Nexus Mods

Whenever I attempt to look at mods, download history, update history, etc. for more than a few seconds I am redirected to another page. The tab on the page is always Win Erx03 but the URL is typically random letters. The first few letters before the ".tk" are randomized. And there is always a drop-down box that says:

 

"hemywubyhusi.tk says

 

Windows Firewall has detected that your Windows 8.1 is damaged and irrelevant.

 

As a result, your system files are automatically deleted.

 

Please follow instructions to fix the problem immediately. This way you will ensure that your system is always protected."

 

And underneath is another "warning". I will attach screen snips to the post. This keeps me from being on Nexus Mods (Skyrim) for longer than 5-25 seconds before this occurs. I am located near Baltimore, MD.
