Cyclic Rules Problem

Vortex Version 1.0.5

Trying to Mod Skyrim Special Edition

A couple of my mods seem to have rules that cycle, and with what little i know about Vortex, I cannot do anything about it.

I was reinstalling all of the Mods i had installed, Checking the preffered loading order of the modpack i just installed(I was not that careful/didn't know what i was doing the first time around), as SSE was not starting.

after recieving the message,
"LOOT reported a cyclic interaction between rules. In the simplest case this is something like "A needs to load after B" and "B needs to load after A" but it can be complicated, involving multiple plugins and groups and their order.

ELE_SSE.esp@High Priority Overrides--> Immersive Citizens - ELE patch.esp@Default--> ELFXEnhancer.esp@High Priority Overrides--> elfx enhancer tweaks brighter.esp@default--> ELE_SEE.esp@High Priority Overrides",

(While this was happening, an issue of Mod Masters missing was also reported, although that i could fix myself)

I tried re-installing the mods that seem to be affected by this, however that is not changing the error message.
Is there anything i can do, or should i give up these mods? ( I really don't want to give up these, but what can you do)

The Modpack in question is SkyrimSE 2018 Immersion and Realism Visual Overhaul(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13878?tab=posts ) mod list and load order in the link.

Ca. 100 mods. less than 110

I have not added any mods to a group by my knowledge (could have happened on accident as i am fairly new to modding over all, having only experience in some minor Minecraft modding before), How do i identify if they are in a group?

Because there's an entire column called GROUP in the Plugins Tab that shows you what Group a plugin is in.

If the group is in italics you can't change it.

is there any way to directly change the interactions between these four plugins, so that i can correct the rule?

In the PLUGINS tab, the icons in the DEPENDENCIES column, are they Orange on those particular plugins?

If so, click on one, and a small popup should open, if there are rules in there that are in ITALICS then you- can't change those rules, those are hard coded by LOOT, but if there are any rules in Regular Text, then you can click on the Circle with the Line through it, to delete it.

Do that with all four
