Below the username and the password, there's the check box (which is supposed to keep me logged in). Normally it's checked, so it'll keep the password; tried logging in several times, never got inside ("password is invalid") until I unchecked it, and there, I was able to enter NMM.

Try checking it again and see if it works, let me know.

We are looking in to the login issue but unfortunately we can't replicate the issue on our end. It's hard to fix something you can't replicate yourself!

If people have more information on the login problem that'd be great. I'd especially love to hear from people who weren't able to login but now can. Did you do anything different to make your login work or did it just some day work for you?

If you can't login still, have you tried copy + pasting your username and password from a text editor like notepad in to the fields, rather than typing them?

Ever since the update I am unable to log in.

I can start it in offline mode, but that doesn't check for mod updates.

Tried to copy both nickname and password from notepad, checking and unchecking "Stay Logged In", but nothing worked.

I am running it on Windows 7 x64, at the same moment I had Skype, Teamspeak3, kvIRC and Firefox running.

manager is working, can log in, but it refuses to recognize the mods I already had installed via the manager. I reinstalled and had to manually choose the data folder. I can't find anyone else who's had this problem so I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.

Most likely you already had a virus on your PC for it to start acting like that you just didn't notice it (they can hide for a long time). Microsoft Security Essentials is not any where near the best or great software for being a anti-virus killer. It has been known to miss viruses. Your best option is to dump that crap and go with Rising or McAfee, AVG and a few other Great anti-virus programs. Stay away from Norton it is just as bad.

NMM cannot harm your PC it is made and developed for modes
