LordVader88 Posted November 15, 2019 Posted November 15, 2019 I have special edition, but I haven't played it yet, and I'm trying to mod it. IDK much about the common weather mods, and I'm blindly trying another mod guide. I want a rain mod to make it rain more often, or is there some ini change that can do that ?
sentinel1313 Posted November 16, 2019 Posted November 16, 2019 (edited) Cathedral Weathers and Season's "somber" climate mode increases the frequency of rain and snow.It is generally incompatible with other weather mods, though, including True Storms (I think). LordVader88 Posted November 16, 2019 Author Posted November 16, 2019 (edited) Ok good the guide I'm trying uses Cathedral weathers. But yeah, I'm pretty new to modding, IDK how easy/hard it will be to change a whole section, like weather, that the guide is using. Edited November 16, 2019 by LordVader88
DaedricBard Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Seems like all weather mods increase the likelihood of rainstorms. At least, "too much rain" is a common complaint regardless of which weather mod is in use. I know that Skyrim has definitely been a wetter place since I started using Vivid Weathers.
Botchling Posted November 21, 2019 Posted November 21, 2019 Cathedral Weathers And Seasons has been working really well for me. You should check out all the mods from JohnnyWang and the cathedral community. Performance wise it is fantastic and its all very easy to install. There arent many compatible ENB though. Just one that I found. Cathedral Remastered for enb+prismatic. And its great. Im not into mod packages. Just install everything cathedral and work from there. If you want to install 200 mods I dont know how to advice you. I just dont.
