Vortex help: addon has multiple options --> "enable all" or "dismiss"?

Hi. When installing mods, Vortex often gives a message that there are multiple options for a mod.

There are two choices provided: enable all, or dismiss. How do I enable just specific options?

Vortex usually only shows ENABLE ALL, if the mod was installed with Menu Choices and you picked more than one option for the mod, meaning that more than one ESPs, (Usually patches, or other options) are being installed as well
