viscountfam
I'm trying to open Vortex but I'm unable to. I'm not receiving any error messages, the only thing that i'm seeing is the logo that shows up when you open the program. The logo is just staying on the screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program but that hasn't fixed my problem.

viscountfam
I've tried running it as an administrator and also as a normal user. The problem occurs in both situations.

viscountfam
I checked all that stuff and I don't think that is what causing the problem. When I looked at vortex file in AppData it said that there were two instances running. Could that be what's causing the problem? viscountfam
After looking at the debug message I tried to uninstall and make sure that I got both versions of Vortex. This seems to have fixed the problem. When I reinstalled this time, Vortex opened correctly
