hoofhearted4
atm i am very bored. and i dont know what to do. dont feel like playing Guild Wars 2 right now because my daily achievements havent reset yet, and honestly, i dont feel like playing unless im trying to achieve something....dont feel like playing Borderlands 2 right now (Ps3) because, well, im kinda bored with it, im barely having any fun with it, i feel like im just chugging through the motions with it. so the two games ive been playing lately i dont wanna play. usually i only get an hour or two to play, but Hurricane Sandy is hitting the East Coast of the US and my work was closed for the day, so ive been sitting around all day playing games and im going nuts cause now that i have time to play, i dont wanna play any more lol. im debating if i wanna install Dragon Age 1 or 2 and play some of that. but idk if i wanna install anything right now haha. hmmmm. maybe ill just play a little more B2 until GW2 daily achievements reset. (typing this is an attempt to make me feel better about my boredom :P)
Iv000
Get a hobby :teehee:Jk, even though heaving a fun and productive hobby is nice. Well when that particular mood hits me I usually browse the internet randomly. Also, try to hype up a game you already own. I sometimes do that with Skyrim, I go back to watching trailers and talk to people about it and instantly get in the Skyrim mood again. But yeah, I usually go to browsing the internet when that happens. Can't help it much.

hoofhearted4
ive decided i really wanna play Dragon Age, but now i cant decide which one. DAO ive been through like 10 times. whereas DA2 ive only been through once. DAO i can mod, which i cant do with DA2. i find DAO more fun then DA2 (with and without mods) it seems like DAO is the clear winner, but the fact that ive beaten it multiple times vs DA2s one time, is whats making this decision hard. do i want another run through of a game i know ill enjoy esp with mods, or another run through of a game ive barely touched in comparison. hmmmm
Vagrant0
Overlord 1 or 2 looks like a decent game for under $5 from an action/strategy that doesn't need an online connection (other than Steam) standpoint. Dungeon Defenders is also a good game if you like tower defense, and could anticipate some online capability. Both are pretty cheap and look to be reasonably good from both the casual standpoint and the extended sit-down experience. Some levels in Dungeon Defenders can last you less than 30 minutes, or several hours. Fallout NV ultimate edition is also very cheap right now. And there's always Minecraft. K00L
I just recently played through DA2 for the second time. I do enjoy it a lot, but the re-used maps gets to me occasionally. Not to mention I played through the DLC for the first time. Made it so much better. I've been wanting to play The Movies recently. I miss that game. Wish they would make a new one.
hoofhearted4
something went wrong with my DA2 install. it tells me to reinstall it. i probably will, but getting that error, ruined my interest :P
Vagrant0
Unfortunately can't tell you much then. Looked over all the specials and gamed under $10, and really didn't see much that got my interest. Too many zombie games, or games that rely entirely on stuff just suddenly jumping out at you and making loud noises to be scary. There are a couple that I'm waiting for a sale on, Crusader Kings 2 being one of them... But that probably won't happen at a reasonable discount until Christmas. Stuck between buying NV DLC and possibly finishing it to an ending, or poking about Skyrim mods personally.
