Vortex: "Missing Staging File"

Okay I uninstalled Vortex again and re downloaded. It seems the files are in the right place now (E:\VDownloads) with a skyrimse folder and __vortex_downloads_folder, and (E:\VMods) with __vortex_staging_folder. I'm being told the deployment method is not available and that the game needs to be initialized, do I just run Skyrim SE? And final question should I download Creation Club content before I start modding or after?

Is your Game installed on your E drive?

Did Vortex detect your game?

Check GAMES tab, is Skyrim SE in the MANAGED Section or in the Unmanaged section?

Skyrim SE is on my E drive.

Vortex did detect the game. It seems the problem had gone away.

I moved onto SKSE 64 and followed all the proper videos. Just one thing it wont let me start SKSE from Vortex tells me to run it as admin; however, when I run the executable as admin the screen just turns black with music playing in the background. I am using SKSE64 2.0.17. Do you know why this is?

Are you running Vortex as an Admin, if so, don't.

Also, check your steam shortcut and make sure you don't have Steam set to run as admin, and check your skyrim se launcher.exe and skyrimse.exe and make sure you don't have those set to run as admin either

Also, do you have UAC turned on?

Okay I got it to work thank you. But what is this about User Account Control setting, should I turn it off? Also does the Creation Club content become in accessible if I add SKSE? Because it seems that I can't download that content now.
