game won't go to full screen

Hello,

 

My game is Fallout 4 and I haven't been able to get it to full screen for about 6 days now. I am using the current version of Vortex (1.1.4) and I have deleted all my mods trying to figure this out. I have also reinstalled Vortex. Six days ago my game was running fine, using about 30 mods or so and then when I went to launch it through f4se, located on Vortex, it only appeared as a small window in the upper left hand corner of my screen. Any ideas on why it won't go to full screen even with no mods installed? Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Your INI files for your profile in Vortex may feature the resolution you're currently seeing. Moving this to support forum.

 

Head to My Documents\My Games\Fallout 4 and check the INI files there. Or open the FO4 launcher via steam and see what the resolution is set to.

Hello,

Thank you for responding. I went into steam and it says that my resolution is 3840x2160. I apologise for not completely understanding what I am looking for.i'm still learning all this.My ini files say isize h720 and w1280. I play on PC using my 55inch tv as my screen. Do I change it to 3840x2160? Thank you.

Thanks for your time. I tried it and it didn't work. I've also read some older posts online about this and tried that too. Giving up for now and uninstalling everything.

mine fixed when I launched through steam then went back and launched through vortex
