Fallout 3 has stopped working help

I've installed some mods on a new playthrough of Fallout 3. Sometimes in Megaton house it freezes and I have to reboot my PC. I was exploring the wasteland and it froze then said Fallout 3 has stopped working. Could somebody please take a look at my load order and see if anything is wrong?

 

I'm also using "Midhrastic ENB"

I am using LOOT to sort my load order. Also, LOOT shows the following error messages:
How do I fix these and what impact are they having on my game?

Its likely a mod for sure. But which one I couldn't say. You do have alot of heavy mods and this could be the issue. I had these same problems but I also have a crappy computer. I don't remember if I shared most of these but I know for sure I had FOOK. FOOK is script heavy. Theres also a possibility for DC Interiors because it adds alot of locations though I've never had issues with it some people have. My bet is on Marts Mutant Mod. I had issues with the one for New Vegas. Because of all the monsters spawns I got crashes and freezing this is common for people with crap computers. Im not sure if there is a less spawns option I believe there was for NV but I never recommend uninstalling a mod mid-game always restart. Id recommend looking into those 3 mods and see if anyone has had similar issues with them. Hope this helps a bit and good luck.

This is my new load order - could anybody advise if I need to move things around? I've followed the load order compatibility list best I could but still unsure if it's a good order or not. There are compatibility patches etc. which I'm unsure on which ones to download - I've downloaded the Blackened patch for FWE, MMM, EVE and Project Beauty but unsure if there are any more I need to download.

Which ones are the unnecessary plugins? I'm sorry for being a pain in the ass but I am not always certain when it comes to modding and from what I gather reading Blackened and MMM, it just states "Note that, as of version 3.3 of this mod, any and all MMM-related can only be used in conjuction the Paradox Ignition merged version of Marts Mutant Mod. Failure to do so will result in your game crashing on startup."

 

which I have downloaded and followed the instructions by disabling MMM .esps and .esms after using the Paradox Ignition mod.

The MMM .esm and .esp re still shown as active in your load order.

 

You have two FWE=Optional Restore Tracers active, use only one. These are the unnecessary plugins.

Could you take a look at this load order please? I've been sure to only use one of the Optional Restore Tracers .esp now. I've done a complete reinstall of Fallout 3 and I'm not using MMM anymore - I'm just using Project Beauty, EVE and FWE. The majority of my mods aren't script-editing mods; they're texture mods like NMC textures, terrain, clutter etc. I have followed the load order best I could from the FWE page on NMM (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/2761?tab=description)

You don't mention using FOSE. It is a requirement for a lot of the mods you are using.

 

Did the game ever run?

 

If you are using Windows 10, have the game in "Program Files" or you are using the Steam version of the game, there are additional steps you need to take to get the game to run.

The unused plugins like URWENB.esp, optional restore tracers and alternate travel are not active but I will also delete them from my data folder too. I have FOSE installed without any issues and the game runs for about 10-15 minutes before randomly freezing and saying Fallout 3 has stopped working.

 

I have Steam version and it's installed in my F: drive.
