Can someone check my mod list? CTD and stuttering with powerful rig

So heres my list in the 2 attached files, i dont have many mods just looking for suggestions to make running the game better thanks.

I'm not seeing anything in there that should cause that. Post your specs, and also take a look at background programs in windows.

Ok, the first thing that I'm seeing is that you've got a few different fx mods in your load order.

Enhanced Lights and FX

*True Storm Wasteland Edition

*Darker Nights

My first guess is that the fx mods may not be playing well together. And are the cause of the graphics stuttering that you've mentioned. I'd recommend trying the game without them active and see if you have the same results. If not, then activate them one at a time, and test. That will tell you if they are conflicting with each other, and if so, which ones. It may take some trial and error, but you've got a short list, so that will definitely make it easier.

If this is the source of the problem, you may have to try juggling those mods around in your load order, to see if that helps. If not, you may have to remove one or more of them.

While I haven't used the mods (my system is a brick, I have to keep my graphics on the easy side) Enhanced Lights and FX and Darker Nights seems like a counterproductive combination. As they affect similar FX from opposite angles.

 

Try that, and see how it goes. If that's not it, we'll see what else we can look at.

 

Second guess is that it might be some settings for your video card. So you might want to post what kind of vid card you have, so that some of the folks that know that realm might be able to give advice on how to tweak it. ;)
