oblivion Crashes on new game and on load

the opening cutscene plays but it doesn't load the game.

 

I attached my load order, i tried to find the problem using LOOT and i found out that some letters were red, notably c.water from UOP and c.climate and c.Light from DLCFrostcrag UP

Do you have missing masters?

Did you clean your mods?

 

Disable a bunch of mods, chck if the problem remains etc

Check the Plugins folder in the OBSE folder inside the game's Data directory and open the OblivionReloaded.ini file. Look for the EquipmentMode entry under [Main]. Set the value to zero when it's one. That should fix the CTD when loading the game after starting a new one.
