wizardmirth
If you post a mod and ask for people with spoilers to either PM you or put their comment in spoiler tags, and if someone almost inevitably posts a comment that contains spoilers with no spoiler tags, either because they are ignorant or more than likely trying to express their inner rebel, can I report the comment to have it removed? Or would this be considered a waste of admin time and if so do I have any alternative option to dealing with this besides disabling comments altogether? This issue is not current for me -- it is for a new mod I plan on posting soon.
Hickory
As mod author, there is a feature in your comments list called 'Set this post as hidden'. If people don't respect your wish to withhold spoilers, just hide them -- it's as good as a spoiler tag.

Ironman5000
there is a feature in your comments list called 'Set this post as hidden'.Yes that is only premium. @OP: I'm fairly certain posting spoiler tags isn't breaking any nexus rules and would likely be ignored if reported, unless the moderator who recieves it is feely in a very generous mood! As a non-premium member the best you could do is make a comment yourself pointing out spoiler posts that users would read first then see the others as they scroll through. wizardmirth
I'm sure it won't be a major problem anyhow but I will handle it. Thank you.
