dark47 Posted December 25, 2019 Share Posted December 25, 2019 I'm making an assumption here; someone tell me if I'm wrong please. - Dr. Li is the same scientist who worked on Project Purity in Fallout 3 and she was given the same enhancements as Kellogg to "prolong her usefulness to the Institute".
