Blurry text and portions of the app

For a long while now, the entire text and portion of the app are sometimes blurry when opening the app. Other times it's when some action is performed such as installing, deploying, etc. I've tried changing the DPI and Scaling of the app and Windows to no avail. This only happens with your app and LOOT. Any ideas why and how to fix it?

Try turning off GPU acceleration under SETTINGS------>INTERFACE

Turning off GPU acceleration seemed to work for an hour or so but the issue is back...any other suggestions?

check that the gpu acceleration is still turned off - also look at the same setting in your gpu config tool.

For the 'gpu config tool', I'm using Asus GPU Tweak 2; i've tried changing the settings from PC to Gaming to Silent.

PC, Gaming, and Silent, sounds like a Fan Speed control, nothing else
