I'm planning to play F:NV (probably last time) and I want to mainly upgrade graphics in this game. What mods do you suggest for instal?, I am also open to other types of mods like weapons, quests, new lands, ect. And I'm sure there was release very good quality mods since my last play.

Be careful upgrading graphics. No matter what you do to FNV, it's still an old 32 bit game. FNV is well known to get slower and slower as you play it until finally it crashes. This is mostly due to the game leaking memory. If you use fancier graphics and higher resolution textures, your game will crash sooner.

I intentionally keep my graphics settings far below what my graphics card and PC can handle. But I almost never crash the game, even if I play for several hours straight.

As for other types of mods, there are too many to name, and what's "good" depends on your tastes. Some people like ultra-realistic modern weapons. Others like ponies or Japanese school girls. Some like cheat mods. Some like making the game as difficult as possible. Whatever your tastes, FNV probably has mods for you. Search under "Top Files" under mods and you'll get lists of what mods are overall the most popular on the Nexus.

I remember the limitations of this game very well. The vanilla version of the game was falling apart under its own weight. If it wasn't for mods like an unofficial patch, it would be very bad. I'm thinking about some ENB, it could upgrade look of the game, and mods that improve the appearance of the main character and NPC would also be useful. I'm also thinking about "restoring cut content" and "play after game ends" mods. From Fallout: New California I saw a trailer and I was thinking about installing it. Sadly I doubt that Fallout: The Frontier will come out this year ...

ENBoost really helps with memory if you have plenty of it but as said it's an old game and there are limits to what it process, it can do a surprising amount but eventually it will start to choke. With textures don't go for the huge ones even with a fast SSD, they don't look much better than the medium ones but cause nasty stutter and pop in, I would also avoid using DSR to push the resolution up, anything over 1440p is really wasted, I did some tests at 8K and while that game ran OK it wasn't worth it in terms of image quality https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/images/114020 (56K Warning)
