OddNooFoo
Let me first say that I am NOT complaining about download speeds. In fact, I think having the slower speeds and ads is reasonable for free users. I say this as a free user. Instead, I find myself unable to download at all. This is concerning. For the last few weeks I would have to refresh the page a number of times and watch the ad each time before I could get the slow download button to work. As of the 5th of January, 2020, I can't get the button to work no matter how many times I refresh the page and watch the ads. As a test I have tried clicking the fast download button and it immediately sends me the page to upgrade my account. I hope that this problem can be rectified. Up until now I have been very happy with my Nexus account. Eagerly awaiting response, OddNooFoo
DoctorKaizeld
I am premium and have had difficulty downloading as well, yesterday most of my downloads failed though today has been mostly fine. So it's probably some site issue
StormWolf01
I can't say anything about the 5th. But I do know that yesterday, the 6th, there was some connectivity issues. At one point, the downloads section was completely unavailable. Couldnt connect to it thru google, yahoo, or directly opening the fallout4 mods page. It was a very short stint. Only like 85 seconds (guessing) or so. That portion of the site just wasn't receiving connections. I'm also having some irregular DL speeds. I'm maxing out at about 500kb/s give or take, and then fluctuating from there, to 200kb/s back and forth through that spectrum. This using Opera. I stopped using FireFox for downloading here, because the DL speeds with that browser are just turtle slow to begin with.
OddNooFoo
Again I am NOT concerned with the speeds. My local ISP gives me a max speed of 3 MPS. It is now the 7th, and I have zero downloadability. When I click on the download button nothing happens. This is happening in both Skyrim SE and FONV sections. I don't have any other games on my computer at the moment so I haven't tried them. I don't even get any kind of error message. Literally nothing happens when I click the slow download button after waiting out the ads. I believe there is something wrong with my account. I am not able to retrieve my download history either. Not being able to reach your download history suggest you're probably blocking Javascript or something the site needs to run correctly. Can you try disabling any browser addons or try a different browser?
oto1
I have exactly the same problem as OddNooFoo. The manual slow download button does not work at all, I'm unable to download any mod.
StormWolf01
Heyas Guys [edit] And Gals (sorry Doc!) [/edit]. You might want to start posting what browsers you are using, and what addons are active in your browsers. That might help the web team or site staff to diagnose what might be causing these problems  Edited January 8, 2020 by StormWolf01
Pickysaurus
We have confirmed today that Internet Explorer is incompatible (looking into to, but seriously, don't use IE) and you must have Javascript enabled.
OddNooFoo
I am using IE. Always have because other browsers mess up and slow down my computer. I don't use browser addons. and I do have javascript enabled.
OddNooFoo
A quick update. I do not know what is different today but I was able to download a mod for the first time since I posted the original message. 1-9-2020
