What do you think should be "added" to make Fallout 3 better

t51b armor replaces all power armor.

 

Armor Schematics:

 

Stealthboy plus recon armor - Stealth armor with everlasting stealthboy

 

t51b armor plus recon armor - Recon Power Armor

 

Weapon Schematics:

 

Combat knife plus radscorpion sting - sting blade (shown in my thread link below)

 

Alot of new weaponary needs to be added. Especially my idea for a tesla series of weaponary.

 

Alot of new enemies needs to be added. It would make enemie encounters alot less predictable.

 

More followers, just a few.

 

Rideable Brahmin

 

All unique weapons having unique skins.

 

The Green wasteland idea along riversides and riverside towns.

I'm sorry, this is just too cool to pass up. I'd be ten times happier with Fallout 3 if it stole the COD4 and Crysis way of zooming in to shoot.

Plot overhaul:

Change all references to it being 200 years after the war to somthing more like 50. Maybe even add some old survivors from before the apocalypse. As it is it just doesn't make any sense that there's ammo and other goods from the war, as well as computers, etc. laying around everywhere. I know it's kind of an odd request, but it just bugs me.

 

Underwater vault:

Don't know if this is at all doable, but I was thinking it would be fun to be able to look up through a window and watch people getting eaten by mutant fish.

 

Bleeding:

Having to stop and patch yourself up so you don't bleed to death.

 

NPCs looting:

Someone made this for oblivion, hopefully someone'll do it for this. NPCs and enemies scavenging for things off corpses, etc. Would probably need to make them ignore quest items.

 

And I second the more plant life request.

more armour/clothes (alot more)

better/more towns

 

goul raiders (why are the saine ones always good? surley some have started ther own gangs n such)

 

more hidden vaults to be found, unique armours/weapons/backstory/people/quests to be found inside

 

more and better homes/bases avalible, my loner wastland ranger doesnt really belong in a town

 

real cyborg implants, (implant chips, new robotic limbs complete with advantages and disadvantages) >not sure if this one is really possible... would be good though

 

o and a motor bike so i can drive round the wastes, if someone can make a dragon for oblivion they can make a bike for this

I would not be surprised if Fallout 3 was intended to be set ~50 years after the Great War, and this was only changed to 200 years after in a late stage of development. The game makes much more sense if you consider it to be a prequel instead of a late sequel: "relatively" unscathed areas beyond the nuke blast, an abundance of nuclear cars while in FO2 they were incredibly rare, Chinese remant??, etc..

 

The only thing which does not fit is the Brotherhood of Steel -- but they could be an unrelated organization instead. Heck, they could even be a remnant of the DC national guard instead! Eden could be retooled to be the FIRST Enclave "president" instead of the latest... after all, if the Enclave was based on an oil rig during Fallout 2 how the hell did they move to Washington DC and get a supercomputer (and new tech) considering the state the world was in?
