It's all very frustrating since I've paid for this service. Hope somebody can help me.

Thanks for providing the information. Do you get the same issue downloading manually? We've had a couple of cases where downloading in MO2 was slower than manual.

It only goes faster manually if I download a smaller mod (below 300-400 mb) with a speed of 50+ mbits/s. But it goes down to kb/s when downloading larger mods like Immersive Armor or Interesting NPC, over 1 Gb.

Was your Steam doing a game update in the background at the time, by any chance? We get that a lot.
