Dogicus Posted January 26, 2020 Share Posted January 26, 2020 It says Vortex needs permission from SUTCH REBORN. I cannot uninstall sutch reborn as apparently I'm not administrator enough. I cannot move sutch reborn. I'm losing my mind as it is now stuck on my computer and will not let Oblivion boot.
