Purcahsed premium still 1 mb download speek no matter what server I use

Hello,

 

I purchased premium for 1 month but the speed is still capped at 1 mb no matter what EU server I use:

 

Country: Romania

 

Pinging files.nexus-cdn.com [185.152.65.129] with 32 bytes of data:

I tried everything on the help page I still get 1mb with manual download/restarted my windows/my internet.

 

Either can some check this or provide instructions on how to fix this or how to request refund because this is just a scam.

Just asked a friend with a premium account about the download speed and he has the same issue.

I wish people with stop with that already.

It's not a scam, other people have no problems, you happen to be having a problem, that doesn't mean it's a scam

 

There could be a faulty server in your path to the Nexus, it could be a temporary glitch, or it could just be your ISP is bad.

Have you tried using a VPN?

I don't own a VPN.

 

After some testing I get 2-3 mb on small files but anything larger then 1 gb is capped at 1mb speed.

As HTR pointed out this is very likely to be a problem between your PC and servers. Premium ensures we remove the cap on our end, but a plethora of other things in between could slow you down.

 

Can you please try downloading a file you're seeing this problem on from each of the different CDN nodes (when downloading manually) to see if they're all slow or just your default. Allow around 30 seconds for the download speed to stabilise before reporting the speed. If the speed is fine downloading manually, try signing out and back in on your mod manager.
