Moving Vortex and mods to a computer without resetting everything.

I need help with moving vortex info and mod info back and forth between 2 computers, all my mods and ges are stored on a hard drive that moves back and forth but vortex doesn't retain any metadata information, from what I can tell, when you try to move the data (and yes I've tried every vortex or black something something directory). What I'm trying to do make it so I can just move my mods over and not have to tell vortex where they are each time, but more specifically make it so the load order, enabled mods, and master list isn't changed (reset each time). (I can do cloud saving with small files if I need to btw)

Please help if you know any way to make this work.
