Got a new load order/ game CTD's when I try to start new game

Hey, guys. First post here. Been modding Oldrim and FO4 for a couple years now, but I'm stumped on this issue. So I downloaded and installed a bunch of mods via Nexus Mod Manager over the past two days. Mind you, I've been able to at least get past the Start screen before this point and play the actual game, BUT after I installed the new mods, organized them all via LOOT AFTER updating LOOT, updated F4SE, dealt with all the flagged issues on LOOT, and cleaned all the files that needed cleaning via FO4EditQuickAutoClean, I get a CTD every time I try to start a new game, continue a saved game, or try to access Bethesda's mods page via the Start menu. You know how it takes a while for FO4 to load all the mods while you're waiting for the game to start after you hit New Game? Well, it CTD's after roughly a minute or two of doing that. No error codes. No warnings. No nothing. Just a clean CTD. I'm booting the game using the latest FS4E loader, running it as an admin, but it does the same thing if I just boot FO4 normally through Steam anyway. Thought maybe Start Me Up didn't install correctly, so I disabled it and tried to start a new game - nope, same CTD happened. I got 0 warnings, 0 errors, and 0 dirty plugins on LOOT. I'm at my wit's end as far as the point of failure is concerned.

Some mods have specific instructions to NOT clean them even if LOOT says they should.
Did you read the description pages of the mods you use to see if there's instructions to not clean?

You seem to have a few radio mods installed, are you sure they're all compatible with each other and work together?

I've never ran into instructions to NOT clean mods before, and I look at installation instructions and compatibility issues on the main mod page before downloading. The point about the radio mods is interesting. I have installed a couple new ones, but they usually just open their own channel in my experience. I'll experiment with disabling all of the standalone radio mods to see if that gets me anywhere. Thanks for the suggestion.
