Ridiculously slow download speeds

It was fine earlier today but now I'm downloading at almost none existing speed...unfortunately I'm not an " American " , I'm from Asia.
Is our connection being blocked as well because of the pandemic lol??

Pandemic lol? Laughter isn't a disease. The use of the acronym 'lol' is. I'm in Belgium and still haven't seen any slow downloads at my end. Not being an American isn't unfortunate. It's an accident of birth.

Nope. No matter what size files I try to download, they either don't download at all or start downloading at ~1kbps.

Same issue i got here, i'm, not a premium member but having the exact same problem here

Last Sunday, i wanted to download files that about 146MB but the download speed is very slow and the graph shows an odd pattern

 

This issue happens to all files above 50MB but when i download files below the size, the download seems working properly,

 

The speed test shows that i have about 100Mbps download speed, After some time, it tells the download failed with this message,

 

I'm from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This is my public IP address: 115.135.0.150

The result when I'm pinging files.nexus-cdn.com:

I'am having about 40Kbps right now. This is a joke. I'm not a premium member but I always had 2Mbps

Same problem. I'm in the U.S. and my download speeds are sub 100KB.

Yes, it's the same with all file sizes. The original file I tried was 2gb, I tried the sample file of 100mb, and I downloaded Vortex which was 70mb. All of them capped out at about 70KB.

I'm having these same issues, I bought premium expecting higher speeds, at least a couple mb/s but I'm getting ~100kb. I'm just gonna hope this is a temporary thing due to server load or something because if this was just the norm then that would be just inexcusable when they're charging for download speeds that aren't actually faster, just removing a download speed cap that you can't hit anyway, lol
