Loose, extra plugins in the plugins tab

So recently, I was trying to do a mega-merge of many of my mods (stupid idea, I now know, don't sling insults now you're too late) and had probably invoked an error when I was rapidly deleting and re-downloading mods because now I've got two loose ones that aren't supposed to be there. If I try activating and deactivating the mods they're associated with, I just have doubles. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

There's no need to re-download mods if you didn't delete them from your Download Folder

The reason you have doubles now, is because you re-downloaded the mods that were already in your Download Folder, so now you have TWO of everything.
