Eve is a looooong term game. More than 5 years for me, and my player name is on the statue in Iceland. I play solo carebear mostly mining, some missions. Can jump in anytime, play as long as I wish. Always there. I enjoy it very much.

Kind of.

 

Not as active as I used to be - doing the odd supply run out to 0.0 or wherever the alliance is deployed, building fully operational death stars when I get the chance, and logging in for the odd fleet when pings go out.

 

Basically, I'm up on the balcony with the other bittervets, heckling ^^

 

Have been to Fanfest the last few years though, and will be going again this year - it's the people that make EVE, not the gameplay ^^

Stopped playing 2 years ago. Still have very fond memories of working the drugs labs and POSes in low sec and occasionally militia work (and it was bloody work). The people of course made the whole thing great. Minmatar all the way of course.

 

Is there some sort of link as to what has changed since 2013, hopefully summarized? I'm that close to returning, but want to be sure. o7 as they say.
