lgx360
Dear community I am a little desperate right know and hope that someone here can help me out. My goal was/is to add breast Physics to the vanilla Outfits - but I just can`t get it to work - when I copy the selected Boneweights, the breast on the Outfit ALLWAYs completly deform (only tried it with the Vanilla Vault suit and 2 moddified versions of the vault suit - 1 worked by Default, the other one didn't)To cut Things a Little short: I installed everything that should be necessary for this and I watched this YouTube Video (seems to be the only one out there) How to add Physics to Cloth and Armor - I did everything exactly as Show in the Video - step by step - I just can't get it to work - the breasts Always end up beeing completly deformed. The Physics on the nude Body work just fine. Also this Version of the Vaultsuit https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19899 works just fine - without using outfitstudio. Where is my error? Can someone help me out? Best Regards
JimmyRJump
Sounds like you're either using non-CBBE outfits with a CBBE body (or vice-versa) or you have set some numbers too high. There could also be something going on with the skeleton you use. Or you DIDN'T do things like they should. You'd be amazed how many people claim they did everything right and things don't work because they DID NOT do things exactly right... Or you DID do everything like in the video, but the video person is wrong. I wouldn't know, I'm not a modder.
lgx360
Hm... Sounds reasonable. Well from the Information I`ve collected - and Maybe I am wrong here - basicly I only Need bodyslide and Outfit Studio and Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE to do it.I know in Skyrim U needed an extra Physics skeletal model to add Physics - but somewhere here and there I read that in Fallout 4 it isn`t needed - btw. - thats the Video
StormWolf01
lgx heyas. Nah, you have to have some type of physics mod. There's a bunch of different ones. I don't mess with it tho.But when you build your body in bodyslide, you have to have a physics enabled body. Not just a CBBE body. So when building your preset, you have to build it from the physics files.hard to describe it since I don't use it. But when you go to build your preset, you have a drop menu of what options you have and which one you want to use. If you choose just CBBE, it will not have physics. If you pick one like CBBE(wigglyjiggly) [lol I have no idea if that's even a thing. Remember...I don't use this stuff] that you have downloaded, that has physics. After saving your preset, you then have to transfer that to your clothes via the batch build. If the physics aren't there for the clothes, they won't move. I know that you have to build the clothes from the preset that you made. The only other thing that I know is that physics can mess with your textures or something like that.
lgx360
Hey stormwolf - thx for your Reply - but this I already know ;-) I tried the Basic cbbe Body Physics mod (included) - I tried 2 other Physics mods - I Batch build all the Outfits with that Physics Body. I then open Outfit Studio, new Project, blablabla - like in the Video above - copied the bone weights… and then when I wanna try it out - I just get deformed (cloth)breasts. As I said the only time that the breastphysics on the Cloth worked, was when I used that Outfit https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19899 (without using the outfitstudio of Course). I know that I missing just some Tiny Little Thing here - Maybe a Checkbox uncheckt - but I just can't figure it out... step by step: Outfit/Body: CBBE Body PhysicsPresent: Custom Body Build Batchbuild Outfitstudio New Project - from file: femalebody.nif - nextOutfit/mesh: from file: FemaleVault111Suit.nif and then the boneweight copything - like in the vid …. robotized
In Outfit Studio:File->Load Project->CBBE Vanilla.osp->From the list choose CBBE Vanilla - Vault 111 Suit.File->Load Reference->From File->CBBE.osp. For Slider Set choose CBBE Body Physics. From Meshes select FemaleVault111Suit_0 and FemaleVault111Suit_1.Switch to Bones and select CLOTH_Bone_Googles_00 and CLOTH_Bone_Googles_01.Go back to Meshes, right click on previously selected meshes and press Copy Selected Weights.File->Save Project As.Change Display Name to something like CBBE Vanilla - Vault 111 Suit Physics.Press button To Project, which is right next to the Display Name.Remove the option Copy reference shape into output and then press Save.In Bodyslide for Outfit/Body choose CBBE Vanilla - Vault 111 Suit Physics, choose a Preset, then Build. Important: The VaultSuit project does not contain a reference body shape. Other outfits have it. They could also have Zap sliders, that hide parts of the body to avoid clipping issues. When loading new reference, choose option to Merge new sliders with existing sliders. The other difference is at the end, when you save, you leave the option Copy reference shape into output. lgx360
Thank you so much robotized !!! You`re my hero That was the kind of explaination I was looking for and it worked! Well, I still need to tinker around a little bit, because it`s not perfect yet, but basictly it worked!! :-) :-) :-) Last Question - do I have to do that for every Outfit or is there a way to do all at once? robotized
Yes, you have to do this for every outfit you want to add physics to.Well, your other option is to use different kind of physics - CBP or OCBP. These mods don't need a physics body base. You must use only normal body and outfits, without the Cloth Physics. That's one of the requirements. The other requirement is having Fallout 4 Script Extender. And here you can get CBP Physics Presets.
