that skleton.nif mod i released and mentioned was only useful as long as we didnt have the GECK or working BSA extractors/niftools, you can now import the fallout skelton without problems into the program of your choice hence i deleted it as it became obsolete...

 

even the BSDdismemberment modifier can be exported by now so you dont need all that much copy/paste/adjust anymore (at least for 3dmax, dunno how it is with blender but i guess its totally possible too)
