HELP! New to modding, it isnt working.

** EDIT** Since I didnt get a response, I decided to upgrade to Special Edition. I am hoping this fixes my issue as well as allows me to get some mods that I wasnt able to install before. Any help with Load Order is appreciated. (Oh, and if "cleaning" is necessary and how to do it.)

Updates.esm (says requires cleaning (LOOT) but I have no idea what that is.)

(All in that order.) I wasnt able to install everything I wanted because my Steam version is just the base game, and doesnt include the DLC. They dont seem to be available to purchase anymore, so I stuck with the base game. The problem is, I dont see any difference in the game at all. Am I suppose to do something after I download and install them? The only 2 showing up under "Mod Config" in the game menu is SkyUI and Immersive Armor. It says Immersive armor is configured. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I spent all day doing this and it's disappointing that I have nothing.

So first off, are you NOW using Skyrim Special Edition?
Because that has all the DLC with it, or are you using regular Skyrim?
