SKSE Help Not working

So A few of my mods like RaceMenu and SkyUI require SKSE. I went to the SKSE website, downloaded it for SSE and used 7-zip on it. I then transferred the files over to the game files and that was the end of what the tutorial told me. I then used the SKSE launcher and opened the game. I pressed Tilda and typed "SKSE" to check that it was working and the game told me "SKSE64 version: 2.0.17, release Idx 64, runtime 01050610". I then thought that everything was good and proceeded to open the game. When I went into my last save I instantly got a prompt from RaceMenu that told me that SKSE is outdated and that I am running version 0.0.0.0 and that I need to update SKSE for the mod to work. Also when I re-install SkyUI it tells me that SKSE is not correct. Please Help

Current runtime for SKSE64 according to silverlock.org is 1.5.97

 

Sounds like you need to update Skyrim SE
